In a clear breach of Victorian Occupational Health & Safety law Telstra or NBN Co (each blames the other)  left an underground street pit uncovered and not properly fenced off for over three weeks.

Without any notice Telstra shut down Kinglake Ranges News ADSL (and landline) service at 9:36am on Friday, July 21 though a technician won’t be installing the NBN until Thursday, July 27.
