Construction crews working on the Yan Yean Road upgrade as part of Victoria’s Big Build have inadvertently cut a major Telstra cable leaving residents on – and surrounding – Yan Yean Rd, Aqueduct Rd and Diamond Creek Rd without internet or landline services.
